The Blue Trail is the vibrant and playful new film from acclaimed Brazilian filmmaker Gabriel Mascaro (Neon Bull, Divine Love).

In the near future, the Brazilian government has created ‘colonies’ where older people are sent to live the last few years. 77-year-old Teresa, however, refuses to accept that fate. She is instead determined to fulfill her ultimate dream - to fly in an airplane. Encountering new friends and experiences along the way, she discovers a freedom she never knew she was missing.
