About this event

Craicademia crosses over into the Jonathan Swift Festival. Craicademia is the night where big ideas meet great craic, but for the 300th anniversary of Gulliver’s Travels, we are inflating those ideas to Brobdingnagian proportions.

We are teaming up with the Jonathan Swift Festival to celebrate the ultimate satire about a man who survived shipwrecks, tiny politicians, giant wasps, and a floating island of insufferable academics.

Expect:

Lilliputian Lecturesand No Laputa-Level Jargon with Dr Brendan Twomey, Harry Burton & James Anderson, will keep things grounded, accessible, and entertaining.

A Feast Fit for a Giant at Rascals and Civilized Satire.
